So often overwhelmed by the stunning beauty of God's creation, I offer my artwork in glad appreciation of His tremendous creativity. 

Born in the verdant hills of Ireland, Yvonne emigrated to Canada with her family some years ago. She retired from teaching more recently, releasing more time for family, art and travelling.

Keen observation skills are reflected in the sensitive details of her landscapes, seascapes, buildings and personal glimpses of nature. 

Although she received no formal training, from childhood Yvonne has enjoyed painting, drawing and all types of crafts. She works in watercolour and acrylics, acrylic pour, pencil, and pen and ink. A few more recent developments have involved designing jewellery and running fundraiser painting workshops. 

Her work has been exhibited in Ireland and in several studio tours and galleries in Ontario including The Hills of Erin Studio Tour and the Eden Mills Arts Festival. Her artwork is currently exhibited at The Gallery at the Centre in  Orangeville. Also, as a member of GCAA (Guelph Creative Arts Association), her paintings and jewellery can be purchased at Guelph Artisans Store in Quebec Street Mall, Guelph.
